I bought the Pressure Plate and Wedge because I have had a lifelong difficulty of laoding my weight on the trailside. I am right handed. I have never had a method that was reliable to getting the feeling that I needed during practice. I had used a tennis ball under the trail leg. I had put a rubber ball under my lead foot and practiced " stomping" on it. I did not find a way to be consistent. The Pressure Plate is so effective in giving me the feeling. Now daily, during my regular workouts for general fitness, I walk over to the plate and do a " cooldown" or simply take a break and I can already feel the difference in my leg motion. I will hit balls with it- but not too soon.
