I absolutely love this tool. I ordered for the arm separation aspect and didn’t even know that it came with the wrist alarm as well. While I love the ArmAlarm for allowing me to take real swings while still getting the benefit of separation feedback, I came to realize that wrist cupping was a bigger problem. The WristAlarm was even better for that and I regularly leave it on for an entire range session. Both of these tools have become staples of range and warm up routines and paid huge benefits in only a few sessions.

The Arm Alarm is a fantastic training aid. Keeping my forearms closer together led to increased shoulder turn and hip rotation which automatically led to better transition and a more on plane swing and more consistent low point and ball striking. Its amazing.

Have yet to have a full range session with the arm alarm. Dry runs on my home mat. Arm alarm is great for keeping width in the back swing and follow through which I struggled on. May need to move it further up my forearm for a greater challenge. Wrist alarm is good to avoid flipping. Hope to get a good range session in to see if the audio feedback is on point

So far so good!! I think the wrist alarm will help me more, because I can tell I’m doing some crazy things in the backswing the way the alarm keeps going off!!

This is a truly great product. I have tried many other training aids to keep the forearms close during the swing: the ball hanging around your neck; the elastic strap around both arms, and a few others. The Arm Alarm is the only one I've had success with. It's great because the tether is widely adjustable in length. I started at the full length and have been making the tether shorter and shorter as I have progressed. Used the product for the first time today and it does what you said I am still working with it and getting use to it

Bought the arm alarm and alignment discs. A buddy purchased the alignment discs before and this is what made me want to purchase. I am disappointed in the discs as they are plastic and my buddies discs are not. I was under the assumption they were the mold he has not the cheap plastic discs I received. Guess I should have known they would get made cheaper as time went on. I like the arm alarm as they work well as described and together will help keep my elbow tucked when practicing.

I haven’t tried the two wrist setup. The left wrist glove clip needs work. You have to get the wrist band up your forearm in an awkward position to have the clip disengage and alarm.

Really helps quiet the hands down when pitching. Also helped me feel like my swing was much more connected. I think this is the best training aid I have used. Versatile and very effective

I was struggling with keeping connection between my chest and arms throughout my swing. After a couple session with ArmAlarm, my swing path immediately straightened out and I'm no longer coming over the top and hitting slices. Amazing product!

I got this device to help show when I had any cup in my lead wrist. Love the wrist alarm, because the sound shows me the exact time I had any cup of the wrist. Very eye opening and has helped my swing a ton.
The arm alarm is great too, to make you keep the arms tight together on the swing to work in unison with your body.
Also excellent customer service at why golf and I highly recommend this company to any golfer seeking training aides.

Great idea, but this item doesn't work as advertised.

Item is simple and great. The sound alarm is perfect for knowing exactly where and when in my swing I cup my wrist or separate my arms. This is great training aid and Why Golf has outstanding customer service. I would highly recommend this company and training aid.

So this just gave me an audible alarm on my takeaway and wrist cupping issue. Saved me 100s of poor downswings and wasted energy and effort. By stopping an errant swing and wrist cupping before it was allowed to come to fruition. Reset. And try again.

Not sure was a gift

I put the arm alarm on and it was such a surprise! It improved my swing right away. The golf pro and I literally looked at each other and just started laughing...it's knowing the alarm is attached that keeps your arms moving in the correct way...I can't say enough about the efficacy of this product!

Great feedback tool to work on specific keys. Definitely not a cure all, no training ever is. Can be fiddely to put on, especially if wearing an extra layer but once you used it once or twice, it becomes very simple. I would say it’s a great training aid for the tool box. Good purchase.

I'm a PGA Coach in Tampa, FL. I use the Arm Alarm to help students with their arm connection, particularly addressing flying elbows. This training tool is also highly effective for improving the impact position. By keeping the wrists close together at impact, it promotes increased lag and prevents flipping.

The ease of which this product allows you to assemble, to wear is unsurpassed. I have another similar product that I felt made me squeeze my forearms together. It just felt unnatural to me. This product allows me an unencumbered motion that feels natural and gives me quick feedback when my arms may separate.

The fact that there is a 1 star rating with the comment “I thought it would be an instant fix but it wasn’t” is amazing. Everyone is searching for the magic wand to make everything easy. Well in golf that doesn’t exist. The Arm Alarm is the closest to a magic wand that I have ever used. I’m 40 and my son is 12. We both share the arm alarm and it works for both of us. The flexibility to use for so many different types of shots is amazing. This should have all 5 star reviews.

Audible feedback is really great because it Confirms your position in the swing and can be practiced at full speed.
