First, it is easy to set up. No tools required. Secondly, it does exactly what it is intended to do - Help you strike the putt on your intended line.
You will probably start out as I did, hitting the gates first more times than hitting the ball. I thought I was a pretty good putter but I quickly learned otherwise. It probably took me 3 or 4 hours of practice over three days to properly adjust my swing to see very obvious improvement. Once I hit the ball and did not hit a gate 20 times in a row, I closed the gates one notch. I am now on gate 4 for the putter and the ball and I fully expect to keep improving. Last Saturday was the first time I played 18 holes and did not miss any putts inside 6 feet. I can't think of how long ago that last happened. I could not be happier with the PUTTING THING.
