Shipping Policy (UK & European Union)
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
Orders placed after 12:00 PM (local warehouse time) will be processed the next business day.
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the following regions:
- United States
- United Kingdom
- European Union
- Mexico
- Canada
- Australia
- New Zealand
If your country is not listed at checkout, we do not currently ship there.
3. Estimated Delivery Times

4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

- Order weight/value
Free shipping is offered on qualifying orders over $110USD (indicated at checkout).

Carrier selection depends on destination and service level.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (EU/UK)
For orders shipped within the EU/UK:
- VAT is included in the product price (where applicable).

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.
8. Delivery Issues
If your package is:
- Delayed: Please allow the full estimated delivery window before contacting support
- Lost or missing: Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date
- Marked delivered but not received: Please check with neighbors or your local carrier first
9. Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address:
- We may charge a reshipping fee
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
