Best training I have purchased

It that I have purchased a lot of training aids. However the pressure plate is giving the fills of “ down and through”. I am finally understanding the concept of using the ground to improve my tempo and distance. Get your groove on. Golf grooved swing that is!

The pressure plate is right in the groove for helping me work on my weight shift in my swing. After a lesson with my Pro where we worked on getting my weight to my left side in my forward down swing, I found the Pressure Plate reinforces what he taught me. I highly recommend it.
