How To Fix a Hook

To fix a hook, set up your alignment discs and sticks as shown above.

You'll want to feel encouraged to swing out to the left of the target after hitting the golf ball (for right-handers)

The closer the disc is placed to the target line, the more difficult this will become.

Great training aid and I know because I have tried them all !! LOL Have had a real issue with coming over the top and a slice for awhile now but definitely have seen an improvement since using these alignment discs. Highly recommend!

Standard alignment rods don't fit

It would of been nice if the site states the size of alignment sticks. Standards sticks don't fit the holes. If I would of known earlier, I would of ordered them from the site. Now I have to order them and pay shipping again.

Hi Earl, this is the first we've heard of any alignment sticks not fitting into the Alignment Disc. Just take the rubber ends off and you should be good to go.
