How Do I Setup My Alignment Discs & Rods?
While our golf alignment discs and rods are a great training aid, many players report a small learning curve until they unlock it's potential.
To setup your Alignment Discs & rods, follow these steps below:
1.) Grab your Alignment Disc and place a rod in whichever hole is needed to approximately match the rod angle to the angle of your club's shaft at address when you're in your golf posture. We recommend starting with the following angles based on your club type: 55 degrees (7 Iron), 45 Degrees (Driver), and 65 degrees (Wedge).
2.) Place the Alignment Disc about a 6-iron length behind your ball and about 6'' inside/outside your target line (depending on whether you want to correct a hook or slice.
3.) The closer the disc is placed to the target line, the more difficult it will be and the more it will promote the desired swing path. We suggest starting with the edge of the disc 6” to 8” away from the target line and slowly moving it in as it becomes easier to do.
4.) Begin working on your swing path with short, slow swings and work your way to swinging full speed.

Place the alignment rod in whichever hole is needed to approximately match the rod angle to the angle of your shaft at address. This angle will change as you change clubs (driver will be shallower and a wedge will be steeper).
