How do I know if I’m using the golf training aid correctly?

How do I know which golf training aid I need?

We suggest you keep track of where you are losing the most strokes when you play and go from there.

How quickly will I receive my product?

For most of our products, we try to ship every order we receive before 3:00 pm PST the same day. Our economy shipping generally takes 3 to 5 days to arrive and standard shipping usually takes 2 to 4 days.

Is there a warranty on WhyGolf products?

Yes. If a product breaks or becomes unfit for use other than from normal wear and tear within one year from date of purchase, we will replace that product free of charge. Contact info@whygolf.com if needed.

Can I return a product if I want to?

Of course. Just ship it back to us within the first 60 days of purchase with your name inside the box and we’ll credit you for the product and any taxes and shipping you paid to get it to you.

Are the products made in the USA?

All product design and manufacturing is done in the USA with the exception of some parts that are made offshore.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes.

Can I track my order?

Yes, a tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped, and you can track the status of your delivery on our website or through the carrier's website.

Can I purchase a gift card?

Yes, we offer digital gift cards that can be redeemed on our website.

Do you have a physical store where I can try out your products?

We do not have a physical store, but many of our products come with video demonstrations and detailed instructions to help you get the most out of them.

Do you offer bulk discounts for orders of multiple units?
