1. Sponsor

The Giveaway is sponsored by WhyGolf, LLC. (“Sponsor”). Sponsor is solely responsible for the administration of this Giveaway.

2. Eligibility

• Open only to legal residents of the United States, 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

• Void where prohibited by law.

• Employees, officers, directors, contractors, and immediate family members of Sponsor and its affiliates are not eligible to enter or win.

3. Entry Period

• The Giveaway begins on the date of announcement and ends at 11:59 PM PT on February 28, 2026 (“Entry Period”).

• Entries submitted after the Entry Period will not be considered.

4. How to Enter

• No purchase necessary to enter or win.

• Method of entry will be clearly disclosed by Sponsor (e.g., app download, form submission, or other specified action).

• Limit one (1) entry per person unless otherwise stated.

• Automated or fraudulent entries are prohibited and will result in disqualification.

5. Prize Description

One (1) winner will receive:

• One (1) round of golf with Brian Baumgartner and Brian Henninger.

• Round of golf is for the winner and one (1) guest

• Round-trip economy airfare for winner and guest from a major U.S. airport

• One (1) night hotel accommodation (single room, double occupancy)

• One (1) hosted dinner

• Return travel the day following the round of golf

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) will be disclosed prior to launch.

6. Prize Restrictions

• Travel must be taken on dates determined by Sponsor and subject to availability.

• Winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary.

• No cash alternative, substitution, or transfer of prize is permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

• All federal, state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.

• Any additional expenses not expressly listed (e.g., meals outside of dinner, ground transportation, incidentals) are the responsibility of the winner.

7. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

8. Winner Selection and Notification

• Winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about March 1, 2026.

• Winner will be notified via the contact information provided at entry.

• If the selected winner does not respond within the time specified by Sponsor, an alternate winner may be selected.

9. Publicity Release

By accepting the prize, the winner grants Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, voice, city/state of residence, and prize information for promotional and marketing purposes in any media without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

10. Liability Release

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize, including travel-related risks.

11. Disclaimers

• This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Apple, Meta, Instagram, Facebook, or any other third-party platform, if applicable.

• Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Giveaway.

12. California Consumer Disclosure

This Giveaway is governed by California law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California.

13. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and will be used solely for the administration of the Giveaway and related marketing communications, where permitted by law.

14. Winner List

A copy of the winner’s name may be obtained by submitting a written request to Sponsor within thirty (30) days of the Giveaway’s conclusion.
