I absolutely love this tool. I ordered for the arm separation aspect and didn’t even know that it came with the wrist alarm as well. While I love the ArmAlarm for allowing me to take real swings while still getting the benefit of separation feedback, I came to realize that wrist cupping was a bigger problem. The WristAlarm was even better for that and I regularly leave it on for an entire range session. Both of these tools have become staples of range and warm up routines and paid huge benefits in only a few sessions.

This is a truly great product. I have tried many other training aids to keep the forearms close during the swing: the ball hanging around your neck; the elastic strap around both arms, and a few others. The Arm Alarm is the only one I've had success with. It's great because the tether is widely adjustable in length. I started at the full length and have been making the tether shorter and shorter as I have progressed.
