Promotion Period
The WhyGolf July Round Challenge Giveaway ("Promotion") begins on the date of announcement and ends at 11:59 PM (local time) on July 31, 2026.

How to Enter
To receive one (1) entry:

• Download the WhyGolf app.

• Create a WhyGolf account.

• Complete and save a 9-hole or 18-hole round in the WhyGolf app during the Promotion Period.

Eligible rounds are automatically entered into the giveaway.

Entry Limit
Maximum of five (5) entries per person during the Promotion Period.

Prize
One (1) winner will receive a $500 LAB Golf gift card (or an equivalent LAB Golf prize of equal value, at Sponsor's discretion).

The prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash except where required by law.

Winner Selection
One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries within approximately seven (7) days after the Promotion ends. The winner will be contacted using the email address associated with their WhyGolf account. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within seven (7) days, WhyGolf reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

Eligibility
Open to legal residents of locations where this Promotion is permitted by law who are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction). Employees of WhyGolf and their immediate family members are not eligible.

General Conditions
WhyGolf reserves the right to disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Terms & Conditions. WhyGolf may modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or other circumstances impair the integrity of the Promotion.

Release
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless WhyGolf from any liability arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance or use of the prize, except where prohibited by law.

Privacy
Information collected in connection with the Promotion will be handled in accordance with WhyGolf's Privacy Policy.
